Founded in 1947, Pakistani textile brand LALA is best known for its seasoned experience in manufacturing, producing and retailing quality textile with a commitment to principled trade. Indeed it was with the inception of the quintessential LALA retail label in 1972 that the trading house first started consumer retail. LALA currently encompasses a series of diverse retail brands providing accessible summer; midsummer and winter fabric ranges throughout the year within Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, the Middle East and the UK.
The brand regularly participates at prestigious fashion and retail platforms across the world such as PFDC Sunsilk Fashion Week [PSFW] and Fashion Pakistan Week [FPW] in Pakistan as well as at exhibitions and shows across Europe, India and the Middle East. LALA is also a patron and co-sponsor of Pakistan Fashion Week Dubai. LALA also maintains a dominant and independent brand presence in India through shows, marketing and retail – a status unique to LALA as a Pakistani brand. Further, the company pioneered a first of its kind collaborative platform in Pakistan, the LALA Signature Series, established in the spirit of channelling the international trend of cross-brand synergies. The vision behind this initiative is to produce dedicated retail lines that capture the strength of the textile brand in terms of manufacturing and retail and to pair this with a rich diversity of creative and aesthetically unique designs and prints, through collaborations with leading design labels and personalities throughout the year.
LALA is a socially conscious and responsible brand, and currently sponsors vocational training programmes across the Sub Continent under their #LALALightsUpLives project.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
Making an account is not necessary as you can use a guest account to make purchases at the website without registering yourself. However, we at Lala understand the importance of your time, therefore creating an account with us gives you access to the following benefits:

- Save your shipping details for future purchases and a faster shopping experience
- Be informed about our latest stock, special online promotions and discounts!
How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed while navigating our website as a registered user or even as a guest user. On any product page, select your color/space choices (if applicable), choose quantity and then press the “Add to Cart” button. This will open up your shopping cart where you may choose to continue shopping, or head on to checkout. On the checkout page, you may add or confirm your personal and shipping information, select payment options, enter any discount vouchers (if applicable) and review your order before selecting “Place order now”. Afterwards, you will be sent a verification code via SMS to confirm your order.
What if I don’t receive the code?
You should have received an SMS with your code by now. If it isn't there, you may hit resend again. If you still didn't receive the code, you may have provided the wrong number. If that is the case, kindly double check your number on the checkout page, and if you're sure your number is correct you will receive a call from us.
What kind of payment methods do you accept?
Currently, the following payment methods are accepted:
Cash on Delivery
This option is available for customers throughout Pakistan. Using this option, you can pay cash to the delivery agent upon receipt of your order. Please ensure that you have the exact amount at hand since our delivery agents do not carry change/petty cash.
We are currently not offering any prepaid payment options but you can look forward to making online payments for products purchased at Lala in the near future.
How do I know if Lala has received my order?
After you place your order on the website, an acknowledgement email will be sent to you from Lala to confirm that your order has been placed. This will not, however, indicate if the order has been shipped.
What if an incorrect/damaged item is delivered to me?

What if an incomplete order is delivered to me?
Full care is taken to ensure that no incomplete order is shipped out. However, in case such a mishap does occur, you can get in touch with our Customer Care to identify this issue and we will rectify it at the earliest, at no extra charge. You can contact us at email@example.com or +92-423-577-2005
What is the procedure for cancelling an order?
Order cancellation is dependent on whether or not it has been shipped. Send your order cancellation request to firstname.lastname@example.org within the first 24 hours of placing your order. Otherwise, orders can’t be cancelled.

Are there any shipping costs?
We offer free shipping for shopping above Rs. 3000 to all our customers within Pakistan. For all orders less than Rs. 3000 we charge the standard shipping rate of Rs. 200.
Lala takes the privacy of its customers very seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Whether you register with us or use the site anonymously, the information we collect centers around your name, address, contact number(s), email ID, payment preferences, credit/debit card numbers, bank account details, etc. This information will only be used, at the minimum, for the following purposes:
- To fill, process and ship your orders
- Contacting you for customer service and support
- Informing you of promotional offers
- Your browsing experience of the Lala website
No information will be revealed to any third-party entities for any purposes and your information will solely be used by Lala.
Registered users (who are using cookie-enabled web browsers) will be automatically signed in when they visit our website. Please note that users will be prompted to sign in again after 14 days, when the cookie expires.
By browsing our website, you agree to abide by all our policies, which may be subject to change any time.
SHIPPING & EXCHANGE
We provide shipping all over Pakistan through TCS and internationally through DHL and Fedex. Deliveries can take 3-5 business days for local orders and 5 days for international orders.
LALA makes every effort to ensure that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this web site are accurate and life-like. Whilst the reproduction of colours and styles contained on the photographs shown on this web site are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow, LALA cannot accept responsibility for slight variances in colour or style.
In the rare case that you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, you can request us to give you Online Store Credit (minus shipping costs) for future purchases, within 15 days of your original purchase.
You can return your purchase and utilize the same amount of money (minus shipping costs) for a later purchase from our website.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and with your request and your Order ID, and we will guide you through the process.
Please make sure that you email us your request within 15 days of receiving your order. No requests will be entertained after 15 days.
Once your request has been approved, you will courier it back to us.
We apologize but we cannot refund any shipping costs, except in the following cases:
- If the item was damaged when received by the customer
- If the wrong item was delivered
- If promotional free shipping is being offered
In all other cases, the customer will be responsible for bearing the cost of sending the item back to us.
- Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Also, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges for international online orders.
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your original order by emailing us at email@example.com
Any items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for exchange. Tags and labels especially need to be intact.
